From this point de Graaf’s will act as your Representatives throughout the purchase, de Graaf's will hold your money in trust, register the transfer and pay out the vendor. De Graaf's will then send you your ownership title, pooling deed and Section 36 Certificate on behalf of Taupo Ika Nui . All going well the entire process shouldn’t take any longer than 4 – 6 weeks.
