Fixed Weeks – Owning a “fixed week” allows you to stay in your apartment at the same time each & every year, this type of ownership is very popular over the Christmas and New Year period as well as school holidays, fixed week ownership can cost between $3,000 and $4,000 for one-bedroom units, or between $5,000 and $6,000 for two bedroom units. An added advantage of being a Fixed Week owner is that you can opt for a Floating Week each year if you like.
